I will hold harmless and indemnify Chennault International Airshow, Inc., its affiliated companies and officers, directors and employees from and against any loss, damage, liability, claims, cost and expense, including legal fees which may be incurred by reason of the volunteer's participation in the Chennault International Airshow, unless such claims are a result of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Chennault International Airshow, Inc. I also give my permission for the free use of my name and picture in broadcast, telecast or written account of this event. I have read and understand the foregoing general waiver and have signed voluntarily.*
